"Just a quick note to say thank you for helping me with the transfer of my new registration. I was a little confused with the initial process, this was down to my error for not reading the confirmation letter correctly. But not to worry, a quick call to customer services and a chat with the very helpful Grace, and problem solved, confusion rectified and 2 days after posting my documents I receive an email telling me my plates have been sent out and the transfer is being processed! Now that's customer service! My girlfriend and I were so impressed by the service and professional attitude from platesforless, and the very helpful approach from Grace (please thank her again for us) that we are currently searching for new registrations with yourselves as future investments for our 3 sons!.
