"On Sunday February 24th I called your office regarding the purchase of a private registration. I spoke with a pleasant and helpful lady who assisted me with my enquiry, then took my order. Later that day I received a confirmatory email, just as she'd promised. A day or so later this was followed up with a letter.

On March 1st. I received another email to tell me the certificate was on its way. The next day, (March 2nd.), it arrived. I expect to take delivery of my new car at the end of this month so things were completed in plenty of time.

I have been impressed with your service in this matter. You kept me up to date as things progressed and made sure I had all other relevant information I might need. Perhaps you should consider running a customer care course as a sideline. I can think of several businesses that could make good use of it.

If I ever need another plate I will be back in touch and if anyone asks I will have no hesitation in recommending you.
